About Orasummer
Orasummer is an online footwear retailer based in Baytown, Texas. We sell one category and we try to sell it well: everyday sneakers and athletic shoes for men and women, in the sizes people actually wear, at prices that do not require a sale to make sense.
What we stock
Our range is deliberately small. Canvas high-tops, knit and mesh runners, and slip-on athletic shoes, mostly in the $49 to $80 range. We carry US sizes 6 through 11 depending on the model. We would rather offer six shoes we can describe accurately and keep in stock than six hundred we cannot.
How we work
We source our footwear from established manufacturing partners and hold inventory so that orders ship quickly. Every product page lists the actual materials, the actual sizes available, and the actual price you pay. If something is out of stock, the site says so rather than taking your money and apologising later.
What you can expect from us
- Orders processed in 1 to 3 business days, with tracking emailed to you when your parcel leaves.
- 30 days to return anything that is unworn and in its original packaging. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay the return shipping.
- Email answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, by a person who can actually look up your order.
- Honest delivery estimates. We quote ranges we can meet rather than the fastest number we could get away with.
Sizing
Footwear sizing varies between models. Each product page carries the fit guidance for that specific shoe. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we will tell you what we would pick.
