Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orasummer. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as new product launches or holiday sales, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery times are estimates counted from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed, and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or customs clearance are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. The free shipping threshold of $50 applies to the order subtotal after any discounts and before tax.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid at checkout.

Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure what charges may apply. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a value lower than the amount paid.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice a mistake, contact us at sfegv@orasummer.shop within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, your building office, and your local carrier depot. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a day before it physically arrives.

If the parcel still cannot be located 14 days after the delivery scan, contact us and we will open a formal investigation with the carrier and resolve the matter with you.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the parcel or the product arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the outer packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels arriving on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers where this happens, at no additional cost to you.
